Direct orders are sold by Sears, LLC, an Alabama limited liability company trading as Sears Publishing Company, PO Box 1386, Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35403, United States. Reach us at editor@searspublishing.net.
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax, where required, is shown at checkout.
Shipping
Print books ship to United States addresses by USPS Media Mail within five business days of the order. Shipping cost, if any, is shown at checkout before payment. For international orders, course adoption, or bulk orders, contact the publisher directly.
Digital editions
Digital editions deliver by download link on the confirmation page and in the confirmation email, immediately after payment. Links are for the buyer's personal use. If a link fails, write to us and we will restore access.
Returns and refunds
Print books may be returned in resalable condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price; contact us first for the return address. Damaged or misprinted copies are replaced at our cost. Digital editions are not returnable once delivered, but if a file is defective or you bought in error and have not retained the file, write to us and we will make it right.
